**“YER”**는 20대 이상의 다문화 청년들이 함께 예배하고 교제하는 공동체입니다.
다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 청년들이 한자리에 모여, 하나님 나라의 백성으로서 함께 성장하고 하나님 나라를 이루어가는 공동체입니다.
“YER” is a community of multicultural young adults (ages 20 and above) who gather to worship, grow in faith, and build genuine fellowship. Coming from diverse cultural backgrounds, these young people unite as citizens of God's Kingdom, growing together and participating in His mission on earth.
‘YER’ 에는 다음과 같은 깊은 뜻이 담겨 있습니다:
Youth: 새벽 이슬 같은 청년의 때에 속한 자들 Wire: 세상 이웃들과 그리스도, 문화와 문화를 잇는 연결자들
Why-er: 많은 질문을 던지고, 진리를 찾아가는 자들
Y-er: 마침내 하나님께 두 팔 들고 “Yes”라고 신실하게 응답하는 자들
The name “YER” reflects four key identities:
Youth: Those in the prime of their lives, like the dew of the morning
Wire: Connectors who bridge people and Christ, and culture to culture
Why-er: Seekers who ask deep questions and pursue the truth
Y-er: Faithful responders who lift their hands and say “Yes” to God
YER는 세상 속에 살아가며 예수님의 사랑과 빛을 전하는 공동체가 되기를 소망합니다.
특히 두 개 이상의 문화 배경을 가진 청년들이 선교적인 마인드를 가지고, 한국 사회를 넘어 열방 가운데 복음을 전하며 살아가는 삶을 꿈꿉니다.
YER desires to be a community that lives out the love and light of Jesus in the world. We especially hope that young adults with multicultural backgrounds will develop a missional mindset and live as Christ’s witnesses — not only in Korean society but to the nations.
